2. Enrolment and entry fee
With your enrolment you have paid a deposit of 100 €, which, if already transferred, will be deducted from the total cost of the meeting. Please transfer the final amount to our event account within 14 days. Please use the following bank details:

The amount is due for payment within 14 days without deduction. Should there be any problems with the payment, please let us know. 3. Cancellation deadlines
Any cancellation of the participant’s entry must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the organiser is entitled to the following payments:
– from definitive acceptance and confirmation of these GTCs, the deposit of €100
– 25 % of the total amount from 60 days before the start of the event,
– 50 % of the total amount from 28 days before the start of the event,
– 95% of the total amount from 14 days before the start of the event.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
4. Responsibility and liability of participants
Participants take part in the event at their own risk. Participation in the event is associated with risks. The participant bears sole responsibility under civil and criminal law for all damage caused by him or the vehicle used by him, unless an exclusion of liability has been agreed here.
Applicants and drivers waive claims of any kind for damages arising in connection with the event against the organiser(s), its
organiser(s), its organs, its appointed instructors, other vicarious agents and assistants,
sports marshals, track marshals, track owners and the road authorities (insofar as damage was caused by the condition of the roads to be used, including accessories);
all other persons associated with the organisation of the event; except for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty – including that of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the group of persons liable.
Claims which are to be compensated by the liability insurer on the basis of the General Conditions for Motor Vehicle Insurance remain unaffected by the waiver of liability.
5. Exclusion from the event
Any consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages before and during the driving events is prohibited. In the event of violations of this regulation, MG Car Club Luxembourg is entitled, at its own discretion, to exclude the participant from further participation. The participation fee will not be refunded in such cases. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from further participation in the event of gross violations of the regulations and road traffic regulations as well as in the event of disruption of the event or endangering others. In the event of exclusion, no refund of the entry fee is possible.
The tours during the event are touristic rides, the rules of the respective road traffic regulations must be strictly observed
6. Cancellation of the event due to force majeure
The organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the announcement due to force majeure, for safety reasons or ordered by the authorities, or to cancel the event if this is due to circumstances that were not foreseeable when the contract was concluded and are beyond the organiser’s control. In the event of cancellation, the organiser shall reimburse the participant the participation fees paid less the costs already incurred. Further claims for compensation for expenses incurred in relation to the event, such as travel, hotel bookings, etc., are excluded in this case. If the event has to be cancelled for reasons related to an epidemic (e.g. official prohibition, high official requirements, continuing high risk of infection or similar), the regulations on force majeure shall apply accordingly.
7. Publication of image and film recordings
The participant agrees that photographs and film recordings made during the event may be published in press releases, in printed matter and on the organiser’s website.
Each participant will receive a link at the end of the meeting with which all images can be downloaded. These images are for the personal use of the participants only. Any other use of the images, e.g. in club magazines or posts on social media, requires the consent of MG Car Club Luxembourg. Resale of the images is expressly prohibited.
8 Data protection
We store your data for the fulfilment of the contract and, if necessary, to inform you by e-mail about similar and follow-up events.
